1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and ybet99 ("ybet99", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ybet99.asia ("Platform").
1.2 By completing the registration process, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the Platform, you confirm that:

Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.3 KYC Verification. ybet99 is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:
3.4 ybet99 reserves the right to restrict deposits, withhold withdrawals, or suspend accounts pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ybet99 will not be liable for any loss resulting from delays caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.
3.5 Account Ownership. Your ybet99 account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account or account credits to any other person.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account.
4.2 You must notify ybet99 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. ybet99 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.3 ybet99 will never ask you to disclose your password through any communication channel, including Live Chat, WhatsApp, or email. Any request for your password purporting to come from ybet99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.4 ybet99 reserves the right to terminate your account if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised and you have failed to take prompt remedial action.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ybet99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and other participating banks), Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow QR, GrabPay, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Minimum Deposits. The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Minimum and maximum limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the Deposit page within your account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals to FPX-linked bank accounts are processed within 1–3 hours of approval, subject to KYC verification being complete. ybet99 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 Source of Funds. All funds deposited to your ybet99 account must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited.
5.5 No Charge-Back. You undertake not to initiate any charge-back, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to any deposit made to ybet99. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and ybet99 may pursue recovery of the disputed amount through legal means.
6.1 ybet99 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other promotional rewards to Members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which supplement these Terms.
6.2 Rollover / Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion specifies otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering turnover requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Failure to meet rollover requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in bonus funds and associated winnings being forfeited.
6.3 Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute at different rates toward rollover requirements. Typically: slots contribute 100%; live casino and table games contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%); some games may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. ybet99 reserves the right to withhold bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and suspend accounts where we reasonably determine that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-variance betting strategies to satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes.
6.5 ybet99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where operationally required.
7.1 All games on the ybet99 Platform are provided by licensed third-party gaming studios. Game-specific rules are available within each game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ybet99 and its providers reserve the right to void the affected round and return stakes. Where a game result has been determined before a disconnection occurs, the settled result stands.
7.3 Malfunctions. Any malfunction in game software voids all pays and plays. ybet99 is not liable for losses arising from confirmed software malfunctions that are communicated to the Member within a reasonable time.
7.4 Bet Acceptance. ybet99 and its sportsbook providers reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any bet at their sole discretion, including bets placed in error or at manifestly incorrect odds.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybet99 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from ybet99.
10.1 ybet99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 ybet99 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory bodies as required by law or these Terms.

12.2 ybet99's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 ybet99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
13.1 ybet99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon account closure, any verified remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet rollover requirements) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to completed KYC verification.
14.1 ybet99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email or in-platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' notice where operationally feasible. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ybet99 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ybet99's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised arbitral institution.
15.2 Internal Complaints.
